Several members of our Group will be helping with refreshments and in the garden, so you will see some familiar faces.

Visitors are amazed to find this wonderful hidden garden, full of unusual plants, shrubs and trees, large pond and water feature, smaller wildlife pond, unusual summerhouse, paths meander around revealing new vistas and ornaments. Plenty of seating areas to sit, absorb and relax. A short flight of steps with handrails leads down on to the garden which is mostly level.
Beehives are in the garden but they are very calm colonies and the Beekeeper is usually on hand to answer any queries.
See photos of the Garden in June here

Kirkby Road is busy, buses pass the property, residents park their cars on the road. Look out for yellow NGS signs and our bunting.
Some parking on Kirkby Road or side streets. Passengers can be dropped off outside the property and drivers can pull up to collect passengers on leaving.

Buses depart Victoria bus station and a stop is located about 50yds from the house on Kirkby Road, please check with the bus station timetables and office as some buses are more direct than others which travel all around the villages.
