Outings Information
Bookings
Bookings can only be accepted from Nottingham Group members who have paid their 2024 national and local subscriptions.
We will add a link to our online Outings Booking Form here when bookings are open.
Members unable to use the online Booking Form, please phone Sandra to book. Phone number is in the Nottingham Group Newsletter
Please complete a separate booking form for each member if booking for a couple.
Details of How to Book were included in our Spring Newsletter
We may open to family and friends later - members will be informed of this by email.
PAYMENTS
Bank Transfer
We can take payment by Bank Transfer. Details are included on the online booking form which will be emailed to members and also as a link above. Separate transfers must be made for each outing, each with the appropriate reference.
Cheques
We can however still accept cheques, made payable to Hardy Plant Society Nottingham. Please note that the cheques will not be cashed immediately. Please enclose a separate cheque for each Outing. If an Outing is overbooked and your application is not successful, your cheque will be destroyed - it will not be returned to you. The same applies if a trip has to be cancelled and cannot be rescheduled in the same year.
An email confirmation will be sent to all applicants.
REMINDERS
Please don’t forget to bring your own bags or a marker pen, so you’ll know which plants are yours when we get back to Nottingham.
We occasionally have members dropping out for various reasons giving reserves the opportunity to go on the outing of their choice even as late as the day before.
Please bear this in mind even if you are offered a reserve space and still phone Sandra if you discover you cannot go.
Please phone Sandra (Tel. No. in the newsletter) for last minute cancellations.
Members will receive an email or phone call a few days prior to an outing as a reminder of departure times etc.

The Car Park on Collington Way, West Bridgford and the Bus Stop pick up points are indicated with arrows above.
