We are enjoying the new season's gardening at The Botanic Garden at Wollaton. Open Sundays 2-4pm and Wed/Thu/Fri am if the gate is open.
Bookings can only be accepted from Nottingham Group members who have paid their 2025 national and local subscriptions.

PAYMENTS - Please wait for email request to make payment.
Bank Transfer
We can take payment by Bank Transfer. Details are included on the online booking form which will be emailed to members and also as a link above. Separate transfers must be made for each outing, each with the appropriate reference.
Cheques
We can however still accept cheques, made payable to Hardy Plant Society Nottingham.
Please enclose a separate cheque for each Outing.
Please note that the cheques will not be cashed immediately.
An email confirmation will be sent to all applicants.
REMINDERS
Please don’t forget to bring your own bags or a marker pen, so you’ll know which plants are yours when we get back to Nottingham.
We occasionally have members dropping out for various reasons, giving reserves the opportunity to go on the outing of their choice even as late as the day before.
Please bear this in mind even if you are offered a reserve space and still phone Sandra if you discover you cannot go.

Members will receive an email or phone call a few days prior to an outing as a reminder of departure times etc.

To reduce the financial deficit for Outings, the Committee have agreed a Cancellation policy (see below), in effect returning to a practice used in the past. We are only requesting a small payment to be made if a member has to cancel.
Cancellations
Once a booking has been made, members cancelling will need to pay 50% of the coach hire costs if it is not possible to fill their place. (This recognises their regular contribution to the Group’s finances through the annual subscription payment)
If a non member cancels under the same circumstances they will be liable to pay 100% of the coach hire costs.
Members/Non Members who have already paid would be refunded for the refreshment costs if it is not possible to fill their place.
Members/Non Members who cancel before making a payment will be asked to contribute if it has not been possible to fill the place.
Members are encouraged to fill the coach by inviting family members and friends.
